Located at the Los Feliz gateway, our owner-client put their trust in our abilities to provide decorative concrete services for their high-end, Spanish-inspired development; implementing a Topcast sand finish while carefully navigating the complicated building corridors and walkways. 1860 was not only an affirmation of our versatile concrete abilities, but a logistical challenge in a busy corner of Hollywood that we safely overcame.
