Lot 4 - Oxnard

The Lot 4 Oxnard development currently housing Starbucks, Handels Ice Cream, and Nektar Juice consists of a 7,500sf structural slab on grade with combination pad and grade beam foundations. We utilized an aggressive forming method in order to pour slab and footings monolithically which ultimately proved beneficial for the client garnering a schedule savings and helping bring the project to an early finish.
